Delivery questions
Does the truck have a covered load area?
The truck currently has an open load area, without a roof or fitted covering. Tell us if your goods are sensitive to rain or dust. We need to confirm suitable protection and weather conditions before accepting the job; we do not offer enclosed transport.
Where do you do local deliveries?
We are based in Polokwane and take delivery enquiries for Mankweng, Turfloop, Seshego, Mokopane, Tzaneen and surrounding Limpopo areas. Send your collection and delivery locations to confirm availability and the price for your trip.
How much does a delivery cost?
We quote each load in rand (ZAR). The price depends on the route, load size and weight, loading help, access and waiting time. Send both locations and item photos for a price before booking.
Can you collect my purchase from a hardware store?
Yes. Send the store name, collection details, delivery address and a list or photos of the goods. We confirm whether the load is suitable for the truck and arrange a collection time with you.
Can you move goods from Polokwane to Johannesburg?
Ask us for a quote for your preferred date. Long-distance trips are arranged individually, subject to truck availability, load suitability and access at both ends.
Is loading help included?
Tell us whether you have people to load and unload, and about stairs, heavy items or difficult access. We confirm loading arrangements and any additional cost in your quote.
Can a store arrange deliveries for its customers?
Yes. Contact us to discuss customer deliveries, your usual collection point and how bookings will work. Each job needs an agreed route, suitable load and confirmed price.
